Your necklace is easy to care for. It contains sterling silver and the best way to store it is in a plastic ziplock bag. this prevents it from tarnishing. When you are ready to wear it, simply take the necklace from one of its ends and hold by toggle to allow it to dangle. This will allow all the attachments to fall into place. Do the same when getting ready to store. Do not wear it to shower or swim, the moisture will cause the silver to tarnish.

Your necklace contains delicate elements such as pearls which don't respond well to chemicals so using a mild soap and warm water are best. Gently dip into warm soapy water and dangle to remove excess water then place on a towel to dry. Do not store until it is completely dry.

Every piece is unique and custom made so not every necklace will fit every woman. The artist is glad to have you mail the necklace back with the length it needs to be and she will custom size it for you and return it at no extra cost.

Cher's Creations necklaces are not extremely fragile but do contain elements like glass, crystals, and other natural materials. If you happen to drop the necklace or place it in a bag with other jewelry, please reach out and we will arrange for you to ship it to us for repairs. Depending on the elements that need replacing, we could fix it at no cost except for shipping.
